All dogs must be up-to-date with their core vaccinations including DHPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Parvovirus, Parainfluenza) and Kennel Cough (Bordetella). Please bring your vaccination certificate at check-in. We also require that dogs have a current dog licence.

We also cannot accept dogs with aggressive behavior issues or contagious illnesses. All dogs must be social enough to be handled safely by our staff.
Due to our limited capacity and personalised care approach, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially for peak times like school holidays, bank holiday weekends, and summer months.
You can check current availability and make bookings through our online booking system, which shows real-time availability for all dates.
We understand plans can change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel. Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before your booking. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee. During peak seasons, different terms may apply.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and card payments. Payment is typically due at pickup, though we can arrange alternative payment schedules for regular clients. You can use Revolut or our online booking portal for transactions.
Yes! We provide complimentary veterinary cover of up to €2,000 per dog for any illness or injury that occurs during their stay with us. This coverage extends to their first days back home, giving you complete peace of mind.
Each dog has their own cosy bay with comfortable bedding and natural light. Our bays are designed to accommodate dogs of many breeds comfortably. We have a large bay with an adjoining door that can connect to create a suite for dogs from the same family who want to stay together.
Your dog will enjoy regular exercise in our secure one-acre garden, which includes mature landscaping and a large grass fetch field. We provide multiple outdoor sessions throughout the day, tailored to your dog's energy level and preferences. Indoor playtime and enrichment activities are also part of our daily routine.
Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your dog's regular food to maintain their diet routine. You're welcome to bring their favourite toys, blankets, or bedding to help them feel at home. Please note we are not responsible for any items damaged by your pup.
Yes! We provide regular photo and video updates so you can see how much fun your dog is having. Our low-volume approach means we have time to keep you connected with your furry family member while you're away.
We're located just west of Riverstick, County Cork, a short drive from Cork Airport (approximately 15 minutes), Cork City (20 minutes), and Kinsale (10 minutes). Our convenient location makes drop-off and pick-up easy for families throughout Cork.
One of our unique features is flexible scheduling - you can arrange pick-up and drop-off at any time of day that works for you. We understand busy schedules and travel plans don't always fit standard hours, so we accommodate your needs.
We partner with a trusted local groomer. When you add grooming to your booking, we arrange for the groomer to collect your dog and return them to our retreat after their pampering session. Alternatively, you can pick your dog up directly from the groomer if you prefer. Services include baths, tidy-up trims, and nail clipping.
We welcome dogs of all ages! Puppies must be fully vaccinated and at least 4 months old. Senior dogs receive extra attention and comfort, with modified exercise routines to suit their needs. Please let us know about any special requirements when booking.
Yes, we can administer oral medications and apply topical treatments as prescribed by your vet. Please provide clear instructions and ensure all medications are clearly labeled with your dog's name and dosage information.
We understand this can be stressful for both you and your dog. Our enrichment-based approach and individualised attention help first-time boarders feel comfortable. We recommend scheduling a brief meet-and-greet before their first stay so your dog can familiarise themselves with us and the environment.
Absolutely! We're happy to follow any dietary requirements or feeding schedules your dog needs. Just provide their special food and detailed instructions, and we'll ensure their routine stays consistent.
